1. Once the site is done you own the rights to the design. It's becoming common practice to put in the fine print that a web designer will "host & design" the website. However, when it comes time to where you want to switch things up or go a different direction, you cannot retain any of the original design except for things you gave them like your logo, images, and other content. With us you own the design and all of the material you gave us to put onto the site.
2. We do not charge outrageous maintenance or hosting fees. Some web designers will have different price packages coming with multiple different services. We have an optional flat $50.00 a month maintenance fee which covers website updates to text, images, and general information.
3. The $850.00 includes Search Engine Optimization and a free one month monitoring of site performance.
4. Pick your host: We do not currently offer in house hosting, however you can still add us as an administrator to your hosting service in order to manage your website. This way we do not have complete leverage and control over your website which is your intellectual property after we are done designing the website for your business.
